International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE)
International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) is an internaional recognised secondary school qualification, accepted by local universities and renowned for its high A-achievers ratio. Some HK and UK secondary schools accept students who have achieved good IGCSE grades into their lower-sixth form.
IGCSE refers to the GCSE syllabus specifically designed for international students. The examination has the following characteristics:
Recommended Study TimeEach GCSE/IGCSE subject consists of 2 to 3 modules. In general, we recommend a stuy time of 24 hours for each module to secure a C grade. For students who target for an A grade or above, we recommend a study time of 48 hours for each module.
